- You assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices within established standards and guidelines.
- You contact end users especially in case of Very Dissatisfied responses.
- Lastly you keep track of spare items in stock, updating this in a report on a weekly basis to be issued in SharePoint.
Profiel Your profile:
- You have very good knowledge of English, French and Dutch - You preferably have 2-3 years' experience in IT support or you have very good IT skills - You have good knowledge of Windows 10/11 - You can install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and any other authorized desktop software/ applications.
- You can install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace Hardware such as Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Mobile.
- You have a very good knowledge of English and a very good knowlegde of French and/or Dutch.
- You have experience as a L2 technician.
- You are customer oriented.
- You can work independently and in team.
- You have experience as a L2 technician.
- You can work under pressure.
- You are polite and can organize your work without supervision.
- You are flexible:
out of hours support (on call / call out) may be required on some occasions.
- You have good knowledge of English and Dutch.
